Atteindre le sommet du Toubkal, toit de l’Afrique du Nord à 4 167 mètres d’altitude, n’est pas juste une randonnée, c’est un voyage hors du temps. Tout commence dans le petit village d’Imlil, perché à 1 740 mètres d’altitude. C’est ici que l’on quitte la civilisation pour s’enfoncer dans l’immensité du Haut Atlas. Les ruelles animées du village laissent rapidement place à un sentier rocailleux serpentant entre des noyers centenaires et des maisons en pisé. Le chemin grimpe progressivement, croisant quelques villages accrochés aux pentes arides. Les enfants saluent joyeusement les randonneurs de passage, un sourire éclatant sur le visage. Chaque halte est une occasion de partager un verre de thé à la menthe, ce breuvage sucré qui semble redonner instantanément des forces.
Plus on monte, plus la végétation se fait rare. Les derniers arbres disparaissent et laissent place à un décor lunaire : un vaste chaos minéral où la roche rouge domine. Devant nous, le chemin serpente jusqu’au refuge du Toubkal, posé comme un ultime bastion avant l’assaut final.
L’arrivée au refuge, à 3 207 mètres, est un moment de soulagement. Avec Triplan, tout est prévu pour assurer un repos optimal avant l’ascension finale. Ici, les randonneurs venus du monde entier se retrouvent autour d’un repas chaud, échangeant anecdotes et conseils avant le grand moment. L’ambiance est à la fois conviviale et solennelle. À 3 heures du matin, dans l’obscurité totale, l’aventure reprend. Le froid est glacial, le vent cinglant. On s’équipe de lampes frontales et on avance en file indienne, guidés par la lueur tremblotante des étoiles. Le souffle est court, le cœur bat plus vite, et chaque pas demande un effort colossal.
Puis, lentement, le ciel s’éclaircit. À mesure que l’on grimpe, le sommet tant espéré se dessine. Et soudain, après plusieurs heures d’effort, on y est. La sensation d’atteindre le sommet est indescriptible.

Les Voyages nationaux :
Les Voyages internationaux : Les réductions varient selon la destination et les conditions des prestataires.
Remarque : la réduction est applicable pour un seul enfant par famille partageant la chambre des parents.
4. Modalités de paiement : Un acompte est requis pour confirmer toute réservation.
-Solde :
Voyages nationaux : paiement du solde le jour du départ.
Voyages internationaux : paiement du solde au plus tard 10 jours avant le départ.

Virement/Versement bancaire
Paiement en espèces en agence
5. Conditions d’annulation
– Remarque : Les remboursements sont effectués dans un délai d’une semaine
6.Organisation & communication
-Un groupe WhatsApp est créé 24 heures avant le départ afin de faciliter la communication et assurer un bon encadrement.
-Les voyageurs sont priés d’arriver avant l’heure prévue de départ.
-En cas de retard ou de départ manqué, aucun remboursement ne pourra être accordé.
7.Transport & attribution des sièges
Le choix des sièges à bord des transports se fait selon le principe suivant : premier arrivé, premier installé.
Les passagers qui montent en premier à bord peuvent choisir leur place parmi celles disponibles.
Une fois que tous les participants sont installés, chacun est prié de respecter les sièges choisis afin d’assurer le confort et l’organisation du groupe.
Pour toute situation particulière (mobilité réduite, mal des transports, besoins spécifiques), il est fortement recommandé d’informer l’agence à l’avance afin qu’une place adaptée puisse, dans la mesure du possible, être réservée.
8.Couples non mariés : Sans preuve de mariage, le partage de chambre n’est pas autorisé.
9.Règles de Conduite
Afin de préserver une ambiance conviviale et sécurisée :
Le respect de l’accompagnateur, du chauffeur et des autres voyageurs est obligatoire.
Le respect des lieux visités et des populations locales est essentiel.
La consommation d’alcool est strictement interdite durant les voyages organisés par Triplan.
Il est interdit de fumer dans les transports, chambres et espaces communs.
Tout comportement inapproprié peut entraîner une exclusion sans remboursement.
10. Force majeure
Triplan agit en qualité d’organisateur et sélectionne des prestataires fiables afin de garantir le bon déroulement des voyages.
En cas de force majeure ou d’événements indépendants de sa volonté (conditions météorologiques, retards des transporteurs, décisions administratives, incidents imprévus), l’agence se réserve le droit de modifier ou d’adapter le programme afin d’assurer la sécurité et le confort de tous les participants.
Chaque participant reste responsable de ses effets personnels durant le voyage et est invité à suivre les instructions de l’accompagnateur pour garantir la sécurité collective.
11.Assurance & Activités de Randonnée
Dans le cadre des programmes incluant des activités de randonnée en montagne au Maroc, les participants sont informés que ces activités comportent des risques liés au milieu naturel.
Aucune assurance spécifique liée aux activités de montagne n’est automatiquement incluse dans les prestations proposées par Triplan.
Il appartient à chaque participant de vérifier sa condition physique et, s’il le souhaite, de souscrire une assurance personnelle adaptée couvrant les activités de randonnée (accident, assistance, frais médicaux, rapatriement).
La validation de la réservation vaut reconnaissance et acceptation de ces conditions.
12. Droit à l’Image
Des photos et vidéos peuvent être réalisées durant les voyages à des fins de communication.
Triplan s’engage à respecter la dignité et la vie privée des participants.
Toute personne ne souhaitant pas apparaître sur les supports de communication doit en informer l’accompagnateur avant le départ
13.Droit Applicable – Litiges
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit marocain.
En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera privilégiée.
À défaut d’accord, les tribunaux de Casablanca seront compétents.
